Assistant to the Commercial Management (m/f/d)

The association of the MEDIAN Oberrheinische Kliniken consists of four specialist hospitals for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy. At the locations Baden-Baden and Achern there is a regular supply order. The locations of Bad Dürrheim and Nordrach work electively. Overall approx. 300 stationary and about 20 semi-stationary treatment sites ready.

In order to strengthen the teams of commercial lines, we are looking for a speaker to support the four locations of the Upper Rhine Clinics.

The site offers the opportunity to develop the deputy commercial management.

It is limited to 24 months for the first time, a determination of the body is planned.

Support and representation of commercial management in the administrative and organizational daily business Support for evaluations and statistics on behalf of the Commercial Director Support in managing and controlling budgets and responsibility for investment and economic planning Optimization and Ensuring Clinical Structures and Processes Cooperation with the strategic projects of the MEDIAN Oberrheinische Kliniken in the organization, execution and appointment monitoring Ensuring and further developing quality management Implementation of workshops, events and other project-related formats Ensuring a smooth flow of information with all departments
