For our area Human Resources we are looking for a limited period until 31.08.2027

Projektmanager (m/w/d) You are responsible for the introduction and further development of the HR software rexx systems. You control projects from planning to implementation and monitor project progress. You create and maintain project plans including relevant milestones. You take over the system configuration and accompany the project implementation. You analyze processes, identify optimization potentials and develop improvement proposals. You are the central contact person for project and system related issues. You coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers. You work closely with the Works Council, IT and departments. You create reports and ensure complete project documentation.

You have completed university studies in the fields of business, personnel, IT or a comparable subject. You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in the HR or IT environment. You have knowledge of HR processes, HR systems and change management. You have experience in implementing transformation and implementation projects. You are characterized by an analytical, structured and targeted approach. You convince by communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability.
