As part of our growth strategy, Hamelin opens a new company location at Expo-Park Hannover. We are therefore looking for conscientious and communicative employees for our accounting department as accountants creditors (m/w/d).

In our accounting team, you are responsible for creditor accounting and report to the management of accounting Your tasks include, on the one hand, the proper collection and booking of all payment inputs, taking into account the legal regulations You take the booking of the invoices and prepare the weekly payment runs. You are also responsible for the clarification and voting of the creditor accounts and the processing of open items You’ll find internal audits, monthly and annual accounts in the area of creditors and first report Purchasing, production planning as well as finance colleagues in the other Groupe Hamelin countries are important internal partners with which you encourage trusting cooperation. You work externally with auditors, tax advisors and the tax office

You have a completed commercial training and three years of professional experience in accounting or you are a certified specialist in accounting You have gained knowledge of accounting, creditors and cooperation with banks through your previous professional activities You have good user knowledge in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and master the safe handling of common accounting systems. SAP knowledge is an advantage English language skills are required for oral and written communication with colleagues at other international locations You also draw your attention through good communicative skills and a structured, independent way of working
