To support our team at the Headoffice in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we are looking for a debitor accountant / Debtors Accountant Retail (m/w/d) in full time. Responsibility for checking and booking the retail trades and banks of our national and international companies Control and processing of cash register journals from the cash register system and independent accounting of business incidents Coordination and clarification of cash and bank differences and direct correspondence with branches Processing and booking of credit card bills and voting of the associated accounts Preparatory activities for the monthly financial statements, in particular through the coordination and documentation of the relevant transit accounts and control of selected accounting areas Archiving of relevant accounting documents within the framework of legal requirements Deputy responsibility for the calculation and coordination of sales-related rents in retail Support in the field of accounting for other subsidiaries under representation schemes

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience in debitor accounting Good knowledge of accounting Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally SAP knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English in Word and Writing Self-conscient, conscientious and structured operation High performance
