Branch management (Springer) Outlet support (m/f/d)

You support all outlets and ensure smooth operations across locations. You lead the team of the respective site according to our leadership principles and are a model as well as a contact person on site. You support personnel deployment planning and ensure that every outlet is optimally occupied. You are responsible for the purchase order of the defined assortment. You will ensure an excellent shopping experience in your respective outlet – through sales-promoting goods presentation as well as order, cleanliness and security. You implement individual actions in close coordination with your Area Manager at the respective locations. You control the goods sales, optimize workflows and contribute to the continuous performance increase of your outlets. You perform administrative tasks and carry out daily accounting in the branches. You are actively involved – in the case of goods acceptance, goods clearance or inventory work.

Pleasure for an exciting, varied and mobile task in trade. High readiness for use and travel, flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to different teams and branch structures. A completed vocational training and several years of experience as a branch management. Found experience in employee management. Embossed team and communication skills. Strong customer orientation and safe appearance. An independent, structured manner of operation and high loadability and flexibility. Safe handling of scanner banks and sound knowledge in goods management systems. Good PC application knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
