Every day about 750 food is produced in the Cook&Chill process Regular control and ensuring food quality Ensuring a smooth production process with the available resources Regular instructions on working safety and initial instruction for new employees – including monitoring of compliance in daily working day Task-related incorporation of new colleagues Active support for internal and external events, festivals and celebrations take over administrative tasks in the absence of the kitchen management, e.g. control of shipping documents and invoices Compliance with all applicable hygiene regulations acceptance and control of goods in the absence of the kitchen line Monitoring of the HACCP requirements and control of the cooling houses and storage rooms in the kitchen area Supporting the kitchen team in preparing balanced and healthy food Preparation and cleaning of ingredients Cleaning of work areas and the entire kitchen Strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations
