You can do this with us:

• Run maintenance orders according to the accepted rules of the technology
• Execution of tests according to professional regulations with special knowledge for several types of objects
• Check and ensure operational readiness and safety of technical installations
• Detection of defects and elimination
• perform and document maintenance, inspection and repair work as well as feedback of the work carried out to existing IT systems
• Accompanying, instructing, monitoring and acceptance of the services of contractors, cooperation to monitor the claims for defects
• Maintenance logging
• Perception of the malfunction service
• Technical documentation
• Other technical tasks following instructions
• Execute/revoke local security measures/injuvenation measures
• Instruction/training and maintenance support of service specialists for selected equipment (e.g. BMA, Packstation, Building Control, Measurement, Control and Control Technology)
• In individual cases creating damage diagnosis and limitation of difficult errors
• Introduction and support of technicians or new employees
• Perception of activities (also training) in other places, differing from the GO

We wish you:

• Electromechanical or electrical engineering according to VDE 0105 or plant mechanic for heating, plumbing and air-conditioning technology and task-related additional qualification or multi-year relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of operating and building engineering
• Knowledge of the procedures for resolving malfunctions based on performance agreements
• Processing of orders according to the regulations of predetermined processes
• PC knowledge
