Process Manager IT (m/f/d)

Process acquisition & optimization: collection, documentation and analysis of processes, identification of potential improvements and digitalization possibilities. Modeling and rollout of target processes. Process control & quality assurance: establishment of process standards, emergency plans and escalation mechanisms. Ensuring compliance with defined processes. Communication & Enablement: Building a platform for process representation and onboarding, moderation of workshops and close cooperation with departments and IT.

You have completed training as a specialist (m/w/d), a computer science study or a comparable qualification. First experience in process management or operational organisation. Basic knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and documentation. Trusts with common tools for process representation. High readiness and analytical thinking.
