Lean Manager (m/f/d)

In your role, you conduct complex change projects to optimize processes in production, work preparation and logistics and take the coaching of our employees and executives with the aim of independent application and introduction of lean practices. For the holistic optimization of our value chain using the Lean principles and implement Lean methods such as Shopfloor Management, TPM, TQM,6S etc. You analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to eliminate waste and reduce transit time. You have the leadership of cross-functional project teams with up to 7 project members. You are responsible for budget, quality and appointment in the projects. You are responsible for carrying out training on lean concepts and tools for employees (m/w/d) of all levels. You establish and monitor key figures and derive appropriate measures. You support organisational change. You have a close cooperation with stakeholders for the consistent application of the Lean principles.

You have a completed university degree or an equivalent qualification acquired by other means. You have a green belt training as well as detectable application experience. You bring well-founded knowledge in the field of process management, lean management and project management. You have a pronounced understanding of production and process and the ability to identify the essential aspects in complex situations. Your structured work, readiness for innovation and change round off your profile. You work target- and result-oriented. You have a great communication strength and the ability to promote changes in the organization. You have analytical thinking.
