Your tasks

Pedagogical care:Our employees need customized assistance. For this reason, you will be responsible, among other things, for the professional, educational care and ensure the planning, processes and control of work processes in the group association.

On humans:They support, support and promote people with mental disabilities in everyday working life – your activity promotes the strengths of the individual individually and specifically, in the development of work and personality.

Relationships:They promote life-structural activities and the professional development of individual objectives of the employees according to the participation planning.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational design is in demand, because participation design, documentation and the creation of development reports are also your tasks.
