The Klax Berlin gGmbH is a carrier of 30 cribs, kindergartens and preschools in Berlin, a specialized school as well as a provider of educational leisure activities: the creative workshop, the Kinderkunstgalerie and the Klax Natur- und Umweltcamp.

For our Klax kindergarten in Lichterfelde, we are looking for an educational institution (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Organization and administration: Responsibility for organisational processes in kindergarten Budget management and resource optimization In addition, ensure the operational operation of the facility by taking over house responsibility, performing personnel and service planning, reporting repair needs and monitoring the setup budget Implementation of legal requirements and quality standards You are responsible for key figures on the economic situation of the institution (e.g. occupancy, employee utilisation, sick status, parental cooperation), analyse and report to the responsible regional management You represent the institution to authorities and customers Educational direction: Implementation of our special educational concept – the Klax concept! – which focuses on the individual development of each child Ensure that the framework for exellent educational work is in place in kindergarten and that children can achieve their development and education objectives Promoting a social community that meets the special conditions of a bilingual and international kindergarten Personnel management: Guidance and motivation of an international multicultural team with 10 employees. Conducting regular team meetings and training. Ensuring a positive and supportive working environment. Parent work: Building and maintaining a trusted cooperation with intercultural parents Organization of parental evenings and regular exchanges on the development of children.

Completed training or completed studies in the social education sector with state recognition as a pedagogical specialist Ideally additional qualifications in the fields of business management, management or social administration Professional experience in a senior or administrative role in education or childcare Convincing leaders with high communication skills that the team and parents can inspire Versiert in Handling Management Software Very good German knowledge and good English skills
