Engineers in Supply Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting companies You work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and exporting firms with You independently provide HOAI services You work constructively with project managers and other stakeholders in large construction projects and maintenance measures. You work with appointment, budget and cost planning You promote cross-border cooperation in various projects

You have a completed degree (Diplom /Master /Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building Technology / TGA, HKLS or a comparable degree course or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin the above-mentioned disciplines and an at least six-year, relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by means of work certificates). Further requirements: Professional experience after completed studies and additional qualifications and specializations are of advantage. You have knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, etc.) and corresponding real estate and business implementation Negotiating skills, safe occurrence and presentation skills complete your profile You can think cost-conscious, holistic and conceptual You have a high level of cooperation and communication skills as well as a strong team capability You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
