Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Neckarsulm and override the operational management of one of the largest dentist practices in the region with full responsibility for results, direct influence on growth and a clear development path towards regional management.

You take responsibility: Operational and commercial overall management of practice Your view for numbers makes the difference: analysis of relevant key figures and implementation of concrete measures to increase performance and efficiency People are at the heart of the project: guidance and development of dentists in terms of performance, motivation and economic success You promote development: performing regular performance and development talks For a smooth everyday life: Ensuring efficient and structured practice You recognize potentials: Identification and implementation of optimization measures in processes and structures Close cooperation with central departments such as HR, Finance and Operations You win and develop talents: support in recruiting, onboarding and personnel development Your influence extends beyond one location: support for further practices in one day per week and support the cross-site exchange

Leadership experience: Multiannual experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in the dental or health environment Figures are your language: Embossed commercial understanding and a safe handling of economic indicators You actively control success: experience in analyzing performance data and deriving and implementing effective measures You give orientation: Representative leadership skills, decision-making strength and the ability to inspire people for common goals You're packing up: hand-on mentality paired with high self-responsibility and implementation strength You convince by communication: Sovereign appearance as well as the ability to enrich and target different stakeholders
