Your role as Product Owner As a Product Owner, you are the key driver for the efficient and high-quality implementation of our product strategy. In close coordination with the product manager, you are responsible for the 'how'' of development and make sure that the requirements of the backlog are implemented precisely and performantly by the development team.

Central product responsibility (How to): You translate the strategic goals, concepts and priorities of the product manager into technical specifications and detailed user stories. Close cooperation with the product manager for the coordination of priorities, clarification of technical questions and ensuring the consistency of the content of the backlog. Professional leadership of the development team according to agile principles. Backlog Responsibility and Refinement: Responsible Care, Estimation and Continuous Refinement of Product Backlog. You ensure that the requirements regarding high availability, performance and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR) are detailed and implementable. Output processes: detailed requirements (User Stories) specifically on the topics: document generation, archiving, multi-channel distribution (e-mail, print, portals) and workflow automation. Development Guide: decision-makers during the sprint, acceptance of the implemented user-stories, ensuring software quality. Close cooperation with the Scrum Master. Stakeholder Management: Working with internal stakeholders (development, support) to ensure a smooth development process.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience (mid level) as a product owner or in a comparable role, ideally focusing on complex business software, document management or enterprise solutions. Agiles know-how: deep understanding and proven practical application of agile frameworks (especially Scrum). Certification as Product Owner (e.g. CSPO, PSPO) is advantageous. Tool knowledge: Practical experience in handling agile tools. Technical understanding: Embossed understanding of backend processes, interfaces (APIs) and system integration in the context of high-performance systems. Communication strength: Excellent communication, presentation and moderation capabilities. Negotiating German knowledge (C1/C2 level) in word and writing are absolutely necessary for internal coordination. Good knowledge of English is advantageous. Personality: High self-initiative, team capacity, conviction and strong earnings orientation, as well as self-organisation.
