Location: Brandenburg a. d. Havel

As Head of Maintenance and Assembly (m/w/d), the management of a team of about 50 employees is in your responsible hands The management and coordination of the maintenance and assembly processes in vehicle construction form your core tasks The organization, planning and monitoring of the use of personnel, machines and tools in compliance with safety and environmental and work regulations are your responsibility The material disposition as well as the creation and testing of cost proposals are your tasks as well as the control and compliance of quality specifications With internal interfaces of the group of companies in Germany and abroad, you build partnership relationships, among others, associated with occasional business trips They report directly to the factory management of the site and, if necessary, take over their representation

After completing a technical study or comparable training, you have already gained several years of leadership experience in the industrial environment This allows you to have profound knowledge in the areas of work planning, occupational safety and maintenance, ideally in rail vehicle construction You have operational experience and know-how in process optimisation, lean and cardiovascular, are welcome at the Shopfloor Secure appearance, sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation Your German knowledge is reliable and your English skills are reliable
