You are driving changes and developing our training organization throughout Germany. You develop and implement new ideas, formats and processes so that our training remains modern, attractive and sustainable – and young people can start their careers as best as possible. Your experience brings you into the exchange with departments, HR, works councils and external partners and represents our training in various bodies. In addition, you temporarily take over the overall responsibility for training at the Gütersloh site.
