(Senior) Consultant Retail Banking - Regional Banks (w|m|d)

Together with the team, you shape the future of the private customer business of savings banks and/or cooperative banks as well as associations and joint companies – from strategy to implementation with our customers. You work on the transformation of banks and develop solutions for stationary, media and digital distribution to strengthen our customers against new competitors such as neobanks – including digital sales models and omnichannel platforms as well as their introduction. You shape sales processes and work with the team to ensure that You are implemented effectively in practice. You analyze customer and sales data, develop segmentation logics and guide specific action recommendations. You develop customer-centric target images for all sales channels – from branch to app – and accompany their practical implementation. You support banks in the introduction of omnichannel distribution platforms – from request intake to piloting in the branches. You establish new technologies and technically supported sales instruments and accompany customers on their way to AI-based sales optimization – from integration to successful use. You prepare presentations, decision-making templates and prepare workshops to accompany the leaders and departments through the transformation process.

You have successfully completed your university degree (economic sciences, e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Administration, or comparable professional degree). You have experience in the financial services industry, preferably through bank training or through practical experience with a cooperative bank, a savings bank, consulting for banks or associations and associations. You bring expertise to the private customer business or sales management and strategy development as well as knowledge of the OSPlus and agree21 core banking systems. Your high commitment is paired with communication strength, creativity and joy in working in a dynamic team. Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.
