We are not looking for a pure specialist, but an IT all-rounder with clear priorities: Services coordination, digitalization, support and structure building. Coordination of external IT service providers Support and coordination with our managed service providers, in particular in the areas of network, clients, servers, IT security and Zero Trust. Digitalization & Transformation Working with IT and digitalization projects in the housing environment, e.g. process optimization, automation and perspective AI applications. Internal IT support Support of our colleagues in 1st Level Support - solution-oriented, friendly, pragmatic Documentation & governance Participation in building up our IT documentation, standards, guidelines and organizational IT structures. Interface between department and IT Recording, classification and translation of professional requirements in practical IT solutions.

Training, study or comparable qualification in the IT environment high basic understanding of modern IT infrastructures good knowledge of Microsoft 365, clients, network, IT security or IT service processes; Knowledge in SharePoint Online is desirable. Interest in digitization, automation and new technologies structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Joy of cooperation in a small, flat team Communication strength in dealing with colleagues, colleagues and service providers willingness to take over both strategic topics and operational tasks Experiences in the real estate industry are advantageous, but no condition very good knowledge of German in word and writing
