You bring experience, overview and aspiration to advance things: Funded expertise: You have several years of experience in creating wage and salary bills. Your basis is a completed training or further training in the relevant field (e.g. tax specialist:r, specialist salary, or comparable). Strong expertise: In the right to pay tax and social security, you feel at home and apply your knowledge in more complex topics. Holistic view: You think Payroll beyond the pure billing. In addition, you have experience in the monitoring of external pay tax checks and audits by pension insurance companies. Tool & Tech Affinity: You work routined with DATEV or comparable systems and want to make payroll processes more efficient and sustainable through digital solutions and smart tools. International Mindset: You are safely moving in the international environment, have ideally already worked with globally operating companies and communicates clearly and professionally in English.
