Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees. Coordination of maintenance and guarantee of plant availability. Assessment of the condition and damage images of machines and equipment. Support and instruction of external service providers. Ensure the training / instruction of employees on the topics of occupational safety, accident prevention, fire & environmental protection. Work planning and preparation as well as coordination of personnel deployment and foreign company management. Continuous process improvement and strategic development of maintenance.

Successfully completed training with the field of electrical engineering or a comparable training and a further training as a master or technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics. Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of maintenance preferably in a manufacturing industrial company. Switching authorization for 20 kV systems is desirable or willing to continue. Experience in dealing with standards and regulations within your professional environment. Leadership competence.
