To strengthen the team, we are looking for a quality manager (m/w/d) in the field of food production.

Your role: In this function, you take responsibility for quality assurance and quality management in the company. You work closely with the production team, engage and develop the International Food Standard (IFS) system and continuously optimize the HACCP concept. You are also responsible for carrying out internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all food regulations. Your contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and work instructions as well as the training of the team makes you an important part of the company. Development and support of the International Food Standards (IFS). Experience in handling IFS is absolutely necessary. Care and optimization of the HACCP concept to ensure food requirements. Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits (including certification measures). With the design of processes and work instructions in cooperation with the production team. Creation of product specifications and maintenance of internal and external databases. Responsibility for compliance with food requirements and regular updating of raw material and supplier information. Planning and implementation of employee training in the area of quality management and safety. Management of complaint management and initiation of improvement measures.

Complete studies in food technology or a related subject or comparable training with corresponding experience. Multiannual professional experience in quality management and safety in the food industry. Experience with the International Food Standard (IFS) – ideally in care and development. Full quality understanding and the ability to represent this in the team convincingly. Structured and independent working, combined with team skills and communication strength. Responsible working with willingness to participate in a small, dynamic team.
