We are looking for you as an organizational institution with strengths in interpersonal contact. In your role as project assistance (w/m/d), you are always at the heart of the event and keep your back on the project team. Responsibility for professional and organizational issues and professional support of the project teams Extensive appointment and meeting coordination and preparation Coordination of supply creation and tracking Creation of project-related evaluations, presentations and reports Support of project controlling by auditing invoices and supplements Data management using project-specific digital tools

Completed commercial, technical, real estate or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparative position (ideally already first experience in the construction and real estate industry) Safe handling of MS Office Strong communication in word and writing Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Loadability, flexibility, self-initiative and self-safe occurrence Solution-oriented operation and numerical affinity
