Your main tasks include: You keep our space booking system up to date and make sure that all incoming bookings are coordinated smoothly You advise our bookers professionally and help them with questions about our booking system and the meeting pool You actively support the organization and planning of training, as well as exciting promotion weeks and various location events You help with the planning and implementation of management events, culture sponsorings and our summer festival You take care of the performance of events with up to 100 people – from planning to successful completion

You have a completed training as a businesswoman or a study in event management or a comparable qualification At least one year of professional experience with similar tasks You have already planned and carried out first events You are service-oriented and will be happy to advise for an optimal solution You have excellent organization and time management skills Very good German skills you bring in word and writing You are a team player with an open and friendly personality You are flexible and willing to work even at night or at weekends Developing your team spirit and your ambitions Events are your passion and characterize you
