• As a Technology Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation and the continuous development of our IT solutions for BIM.
• Furthermore, maintain, maintain and optimise our BIM software landscape, including common data environment, modeling and collaboration tools and coordinate cooperation with external service providers.
• In addition, our internal customers support all IT-related requirements in the BIM environment – from license management to technical advice. They ensure that our BIM solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing system landscapes and data compatibility is guaranteed.
• Your tasks include the evaluation of new technologies and software solutions with the aim of continuously optimizing our BIM processes and actively shaping the digitalization strategy in the company. In doing so, you contribute to the construction of the Reality Capture (3D-Laserscanning) area – through technical advice and targeted addressing potential internal customers.
• Last but not least, you work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments – such as architecture, planning, facility management and IT. The exchange with external partners and service providers is also an integral part of your activity.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies in computer science, construction informatics, geoinformatics or a comparable course
• Experience and know-how: experience in IT management, ideally related to BIM, CAD or CDE solutions; well-founded knowledge in BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, ACC), CDEs and interfaces to ERP/CAFM systems; Know-how in the application of technologies for reality capture is beneficial
• Personality and Operation: You communicate targeted and sensitive, both with internal and external customers, and perform safely and professionally; You are a:e trusting:r team player:in and motivate the team; Your strong abstraction capability and your systematic thinking are just as good as your independent, responsible and proactive work in a dynamic and versatile environment.
• Enthusiasm: for digital solutions in building and real estate management and interest in new technologies
• Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 117,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements). The specific fee depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, there is a participation in the company's success, as well as employer benefits for occupational pensions.
