In this key role, you take responsibility for several production areas at a highly automated location and actively promote the further development of processes, structures and production standards. Together with your team, you will accompany the further development of production in a dynamic transformation environment.

Responsibility for several production areas including professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Ensuring a stable, efficient and high-quality production process while maintaining relevant performance and productivity indicators Further development of existing production processes as well as active participation of lean, cardiovascular, shopfloor and digitalization approaches to modern, sustainable production structures Accompanying new products and projects from serial start to continuous further development during operation Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as quality, maintenance, engineering and operations Sparring partner of the factory management for operational and strategic production issues

Complete technical training with training as master / technician or completed technical studies (e.g. production technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering) Multiannual leadership experience in an automated production or production environment Ideally experience in electronics production, assembly or a comparable industrial environment Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP and Modern Production Methods Embossed hand-on mentality and the ability to advance developments pragmatically Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and a modern understanding of leadership with fingertips Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
