• Education: You ideally have a training as a seller, specialist seller, baker, confectioner or comparable
• Professional experience: You have experience in handling baked goods
• Management responsibility: They preferably rely on first experiences in the management of staff
• Customer-oriented appearance: They have joy in dealing with people and have a passion for fresh food
• Organisational skills: Whether goods disposition or personnel deployment planning - you always have your department in mind
