Technical and organisational control of service technicians in the field of external services Use, tour and resource planning in the field of forklift trucks and conveyor technology Ensuring high service quality as well as maintaining appointments and security requirements Coordination and handling of maintenance, repair and repair orders Contact persons for customers, suppliers and internal departments Participation in the further development of service processes and in quality management

You have a completed training in the automotive sector (e.g. motor vehicle or land/construction machine mechanics or similar) First experience in coordination and planning of employees desirable Organisational strength, responsibility and communication skills Customer and service-oriented way of working, you are team players Safe handling of common IT systems and service software
