For our clients, we are looking for an experienced management personality as head of construction management / technical manager (m/w/d). In this key position, you take over the overall responsibility for demanding new, refurbishment, refurbishment and maintenance projects and run a well-established team of construction and planning experts. You report directly to the management and have the opportunity to sustainably shape processes, standards and construction projects.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the construction department with currently five employees and further development of structures, processes and responsibilities Total responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of new, refurbishment and refurbishment, modernisation and maintenance projects Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives across several parallel projects Selection, commissioning and control of external architects, specialist planners, engineering offices, construction companies and other service providers including contract management Sparring partners of the management as well as central contact person for all technical and structural issues within the group of companies

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the control and realization of demanding building projects Detectionable leadership experience and strong competence in managing internal and external project participants Funded knowledge in the performance phases 6 to 9 of HOAI, in project management, cost management, building contract law and relevant structural conditions Entrepreneurial thinking personality with clear leadership, high liability, power of decision and pragmatic hands-on mentality
