Project Manager Area and Spatial Strategy (a*)

You identify and unlock new areas for the construction of network and monitoring stations. With property owners, builders, architects and authorities, you enter into negotiations and agree on the framework conditions for the projects. Planning documents are prepared and tested by you so that a quality implementation is ensured. On site you monitor and check the construction measures, including the instruction of the external service providers used. In the end-to-end process, you take construction measures with compact network stations – from surface search to completion. Locals and property owners will inform you about the course of the project and are available as a contact person. You will address all participants in enquiries or complaints and ensure transparent communication.

A completed training on the state-tested technician (a) or master (a) of electrical engineering – or a comparable qualification – forms the basis of your profile. You have several years of relevant professional experience in the relevant field. You bring basic commercial knowledge and make sure you use it in the project everyday. Experiences in network engineering are beneficial and support you in implementing your tasks. With MS Office, especially Word and Excel, you go routined and have first SAP knowledge.
