For our successful partner company in Oberschleißheim we are looking for an experienced technical planner (m/w/d) HLKS, which leads to the success of sophisticated construction projects in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation with expertise, organizational design and commitment.

Own-responsible processing of the entire planning scope of the performance phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI, with a focus on the performance phases 2 to 5 Cooperation with projects from the state, municipal and private sectors, including new construction, modernisation and maintenance Independent execution of technical planning after general coordination, including internal consultations with project managers and the planning team, as well as coordination with external partners (e.g. architects, statics, electrical engineering)

Completed training or study in the field of technical system planning / supply technology, for example as a technical system planner, technician, Bachelor, Master or Dipl.-Ing. (FH/Uni) Found expertise in building technology/supply technology with a focus on the core structures of heating, ventilation and sanitation – ideally also experience in cold, canal and MSR as well as special techniques such as media supply, fire extinguishing or sprinkler systems Expertise in specialist CAE programs (e.g. mh, PlanCalNova, Linear) as well as pleasure in working with 3D and BIM-oriented planning methods Secure handling of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote) Basic knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD) Optional: Experience in AVA software (e.g. California or comparable) for the participation or creation of cost calculations and performance directories
