Responsibility for the professional and disciplined management of a assembly team with approx. 15 employees in the field of electronic components, assemblies and systems Planning of personnel use as well as fine control of production orders for manual and automated production processes to ensure a smooth operation Active control and continuous development of production processes with regard to quality, efficiency and stability Close cooperation with upstream and downstream areas in order to keep information transparent and optimally match processes Promoting the professional and personal development of employees through support, feedback and targeted support Monitoring of production characteristics and deriving effective measures to ensure production quality and quantity Ensuring work safety, environmental standards and ergonomic and energy-efficient working conditions in the production environment

Complete training as an electronic, mechatronic or comparable technical training, ideally complemented by a further training as a master or technician Ideally, first experience in the leadership of teams in electronics production to accompany and develop employees Practical experience in electronics assembly as well as a good understanding of processes and relationships to support the team competently and reliably Impressed sense of responsibility, high commitment and joy in achieving goals together in a strong team Motivated team player with open, clear communication Good understanding of Lean methods, combined with high standards of quality and efficient processes Safe handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge of advantage
