Responsible handling and monitoring of international air freight shipments (Export & Import, FAK) Creation and verification of transport documents (AWB, customs documents, commercial invoices) Customs handling according to international regulations, including consultation with authorities Support and further development of strategic stock customers Status reports, problem solutions and complaint processing Communication with airlines, agents, customers and internal interfaces Support for quote calculations (Standard & Tender) Working with process optimization and quality assurance measures

Completed training for forwarding businesswoman / for forwarding businessman Multiannual professional experience in air freight, ideally export & import Safe handling of international air freight and customs processes; Knowledge in the field of project loading Experience in cooperation with airlines and authorities Knowledge of common forwarding and customs software and MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, independent and reliable operation Joy of teamwork, customer contact and solution-oriented work
