Your tasks:

• Children in kindergarten and crib accompany individually in their development
• Establish and maintain educational partnerships with parents
• Working with children from different cultural backgrounds
• Implementation of open and semi-open educational concepts

Your profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d), Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Interest and joy in working with children of different ages
• Experience in daycare or horticultural facilities desirable
• Team skills and intercultural competence
