You guide our customer service team professionally and contribute to active team development You act as an interface between sales, supply chain, marketing, purchasing, controlling, QM and shopper marketing You control the rolling sales planning and quantity planning for product launches You Manage Delivery Disorders and Critical Stocks You're creating analyses and reports You analyze and optimise our internal processes to increase internal and external service quality You develop and implement standards, including across areas You support cross-disciplinary projects and the introduction of new tools or systems

You bring a completed commercial training and extensive professional experience with You have knowledge of German food trade You have experience with commercial codes You think analytic and work team-oriented and are powerful, flexible and creative You already have project management skills and are strong in stakeholder management You are safe in handling MS Office and SAP Your very good German skills complete your profile
