Infrastructural Building Manager (m/f/d)

This is what we expect as an infrastructure manager (m/w/d): Team Membership: You are an important member of the Infrastructure Building Management (IGM) group in Cologne. Service provider coordination: You coordinate and control external service providers in areas such as cleaning, master services, traffic management and disposal. Comprehensive tasks: You participate in energy management, parking space management, environmental data collection, closing systems management and procurement management. You work in partnership with internal customers, colleagues and business partners such as landlords and service providers. Representation of interests: You represent Allianz interests, secure a smooth, law-compliant IGM operation and take into account budget planning. Project cooperation: You actively participate in projects, e.g. in tenders, as a welcome challenge and variety.

This is what you bring with you as an infrastructure manager (m/w/d): Commercial training in the real estate environment, the specialist in facility management or long-term equivalent professional experience in the IGM environment It is desirable to have sound experience in facility management, in particular in controlling and controlling IGM services EDV affinity and good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, ideally complemented by CAFM and SAP knowledge The ability to quickly familiarise yourself with relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN, GEFMA) and to work with them safely Structured, reliable and independent operation Embossed customer, service and team orientation
