Together with a colleague, you are in the team the active support for the IT director in all organizational and administrative topics with the strong focus on planning, coordination and organization of appointments and meetings of the IT directorate You and your colleague are contact persons for the uk-it-internal colleagues on many internal topics In the team, you agree on your tasks and represent each other You undertake the processing of sliding time accounts of all employees in the field of uk-it in the utility program

Completed training in the administrative or secretariat area or relevant experience in the secretariat of a manager You have fun in complex and extensive appointments You can safely control Microsoft Office products and have ideal experience in handling Microsoft teams Self-employment, reliability, discretion, loyalty, good organizational skills and service orientation shape your working style High performance, resilience and enforcement capability
