As an industrial merchant, you become a commercial all-round talent. You will get insights into many business areas and work with colleagues who ensure that our products arrive at our customers on time, safe and in the best quality every day. Global processes & markets: Analysis of market movements and development of commercial strategies Cooperation and negotiations with international partners Exciting insights into the production of bars and small pieces of chocolate: Planning and control of production processes Monitoring of supply chains and raw material supplies Ensure that products are in the right place at the right time Logistics, Purchasing & Management: Intake of goods, warehouse processes, inventory checks and price calculations Support in diverse administrative tasks Marketing & Projects: Participation in the development of marketing strategies Support for diverse projects in different teams Your training takes place at HERZA in close cooperation with our sister company SternLife – both companies are located at the same location and are closely linked. This gives you a comprehensive overview of various departments, processes and product worlds and experience our training in a particularly versatile and varied way.

Minimum middle school degree Good grades in German, English and Mathematics First MS Office knowledge Interest in all economic processes of an internationally operating production plant Good oral and written expressability Team spirit and organizational talent The first year is €1,166,00, €1,267,00 and €1,363,00 in the second year.
