Shift Supervisor Shipping & Logistics (m/f/d)

What is your role? As a guide in shipping, you are present daily on the logistics area. Together with your team, you control operations in the operational shipping business, coordinate the daily business directly at the shopfloor and ensure that our customer orders leave the warehouse on time. Not only do you keep KPIs and budget projects in mind, but you are also responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and constantly develop your employees as a coach. Your task includes: You are responsible for the operating processes in the goods outlet and ensure a smooth process of shipping processes You control the daily business directly on the logistics area and set clear priorities in operational operation You regularly exchange with the teams on the surface and support challenges in daily business You ensure compliance with work security requirements and order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility You monitor relevant KPIs, logistics key figures as well as budget and quality objectives and consistently implement Lean methods You work closely with the managers of logistics, employees and adjacent interface areas You recognize process deviations at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures for the sustainable optimization of processes

Complete training with logistics or comparable training Experience in the management and motivation of a variety of employees as well as in the handling of logistics numbers Standby for permanent shift (approx. 12:00-20:00) Technical and business understanding as well as number affinity, good English knowledge Good MS Office skills and especially very good Excel skills Communication strength, enforcement, empathy and team spirit First experience with Lean methods of advantage
