Debt collection clerk – out-of-court processing (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in debt collection – extrajudicial processing

Your future team will be responsible for contacting our clients. You contact, explain the current situation and proactively attempt to conclude a fair payment agreement.

Knowledge of detail: You work independently, individually and system-assisted debt collection processes in the out-of-court area, among others for bank demands. Overview: You check rates, credit statements, debt settlement plans and conduct address determinations. Communication talent: You conduct the written and telephone correspondence with debtors, lawyers and other relevant parties.

Kenner: You have a successfully completed commercial or legal training or a comparable qualification from financial institutions. Intermediate: Even with difficult contacts, you will find a factual level and independently a solution that is fair for both sides within your framework of competence. You can trust me! Team player: You also like to share your experience and knowledge in the team and look proactively for the exchange on professional topics.
