Team Leader Shipping and Export - Logistics / Customs (m/f/d)

At our mission we work with currently 240 colleagues at our two sites in Konz (Rheinland-Pfalz) and Ilmenau (Thüringen). You are the heart of our company and the guarantee for our success. You organize, monitor and optimise the daily operating business and agree closely with the adjacent departments You plan, coordinate and conduct national and international shipping processes and transports by air, sea and road, under the guidance and coordination of your team You secure the procurement of export permits and communicate with the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin) You develop customs formalities in import and export, including the creation of all necessary shipping and customs documents (e.g. forwarding orders, export accompanying documents) and require certifications/legalizations in chambers of commerce and embassies You work independently accreditive in coordination with the financial department and assists in external audits You carry out compliance checks

You have at least. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a medium-sized industrial company with first leadership experience You have a completed business studies with a focus on export management, logistics, forwarding, transport or external economics; Alternatively, a training as an export expert:in/Manager:in or comparable You have deep knowledge of customs and export and are team-ready You work structured, efficient and independent and think and trade business You'll be safe and you'll be able to enforce You have very good German and good English skills, other languages are of advantage
