Technical Lifecycle Management and Documentation: Support for the creation and digitization of property certificates (technological indicators, rehabilitation history, ESG status), which serve as a basis for decision-making for purchases and large-scale cyclical maintenance Maintenance control and compliance: help with the establishment and maintenance of a central annual maintenance calendar to secure the operator response; Coordination of test dates and follow-up of deficiencies in close coordination with external service providers Operational maintenance management: support in the operational implementation of repair, magnetization and conversion measures – from acceptance to acquisition and comparison of offers to support acceptance Budget and cost control: participation in budgeting and cost control for ongoing measures; Monitoring of budget management, taking account of economic aspects in daily business
