Master Mason (m/f/d)

We are looking for a/n

in full time (39 hours/week)

The places of work vary depending on the order. The main area of use is the Stuttgart area, with operations including in Waiblingen, Sindelfingen, Böblingen, Nürtingen, Schorndorf, Esslingen and in the surrounding communities.

You are responsible for:

• Management, organisation and monitoring of masonry, concrete and raw materials
• Coordination and technical guidance of employees and subcontractors
• Planning and execution of new construction, reconstruction, renovation and repair measures
• Control of technical and timely execution in compliance with applicable standards, regulations and safety regulations
• Material disposition, scale, costing and documentation of work
• Quality assurance and acceptance of performance
• Communication with customers, construction managers, architects and project partners

Requirements:

• Completed training in masonry crafts with further training as mason master (m/w/d)
• Knowledge of masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete construction
• Good knowledge in the fields of raw construction, reconstruction, renovation and repair
• Safe handling of technical drawings, construction plans and dimensions
• Experience in project management and employee management desirable
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• Communication strength and safe occurrence to customers and project partners
• Class B licence required
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
