Your duties

• Monitoring of building equipment
• Control the functionality of outdoor and indoor lighting, entrance doors, elevator installations, underground garages, parking
• Recording of tenants and forwarding to the object manager
• Control of hallways and stairways as well as outdoor facilities on cleanliness and condition
• Support and support of subcontractors and carrying out object visits with clients and owners
• A qualification and professional experience in sprinkler equipment maintenance is desirable
• Documenting work in the CAFM system
• Implementation of small repair and maintenance
