CNC lathe / CNC sliding head lathe (m/f/d)

This is your area of activity:

• Installation, operation and commissioning of CNC lathes and CNC lathes
• Execution of funnel tests, series releases and series testingInprocess control incl. Documentation of measurement results
• Installation, presetting and loading of cutting tools
• Construction, alignment and zero point reception of clamping devices
• Access, customize and optimize NC programs
• Operation and armour of rotary milling centers and/or long lathes
• Installation, alignment and deburring of workpieces
• Maintenance and daily maintenance of the machines as part of the TPM
• Working with BDE, MDE and ERP systems
• Ensuring quality, safety and process standards

Take this with you:

• Completed vocational training as machining mechanic (gn) or industrial mechanic (gn), ideally specialized in turning technology
• Multiannual experience in the setup, operation and programming of CNC lathes
• Very good knowledge of how to handle Siemens controls
• Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings
• routine in handling manual and computer-assisted measuring devices
• High quality awareness and structured and precise operation
• Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork (currently 2-shift)
• Analytical thinkability, rapid understanding and digital competence
• Teamability, ownership and constructive feedback culture
