As a sales-oriented company, we are looking for reinforcement for our team in the sales director private customers. If you want to further expand your passion for sales in a responsible position, we offer you the opportunity to work directly with the management of the sales directorate and actively participate in the further development of the largest unit of our savings bank. Your tasks: You control and support sales-relevant projects and measures in the sales director's private customers. You analyse sales key figures as well as market and customer developments and derive concrete optimization measures. You prepare decision-relevant content to address and create sound decision templates for the sales management. You take over the content pre- and post-processing of sales rounds and ensure the quality and plausibility of documents. You communicate safely with all relevant interfaces and prepare complex distribution topics in a comprehensible way. You support the sales management as a savings partner: in strategic and operational issues. Your profile: Compulsory: Completed Business Studies (Bachelor). We presuppose expressed sales affinity and understanding of sales processes. Knowledge of the structures, responsibilities and processes within the Savings Bank organization is advantageous. Safe handling of Excel as well as experience in working with data and presentations. Communication strength and the ability to communicate complex topics in a comprehensible and targeted manner. Team orientation and a good sense of cross-departmental cooperation.
