You are responsible for the operation and strategic development of the SAP base infrastructure within the FAYAT Group. These include, in particular, the SAP permission management incl. Role and user concepts, system monitoring, backup and recovery processes, IT security measures as well as compliance with regulatory and corporate compliance requirements You take over the leadership, coordination and further development of our international SAP Basis & Authorizations Team You are responsible for SAP-based projects, system upgrades, migrations and cloud integrations You coordinate the SAP basic support, control escalations and external service providers and ensure efficient cooperation with our specialist departments and our international IT teams

Complete university studies (master, diploma or similar) of (economic) informatics, information technology or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in managing SAP base teams, operating complex SAP system landscapes and managing IT projects Experience in professional leadership, team coordination and further development of employees as well as distinct intercultural competence Understanding SAP technologies, cloud approaches, IT security and compliance requirements Very good knowledge of English as well as good knowledge of German in word and writing, supplemented by the willingness to travel abroad
