The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. VF Stab V is responsible for the pre-project phase, the user consultation and the legal advice in civil law issues. An adjustment is made in the pay group 12 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met.
