Own responsibility: You manage your own housing stock and enter the entire tenant change process – from the first viewing date to the extract. On-site engagement: You carry out regular object visits and develop measures that improve customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. Creating values: Together with the technical team of the office, you plan and accompany investments that increase the value of our properties. Coordination: You work closely with our masters (m/w/d) as well as external service providers and make sure everything goes round. Customer Focus: You are the first point of contact for our tenants and find solutions that focus on both customer and business interests. For efficient and transparent communication and stand for fast targeted results.

Know-how: You have completed a real estate training and ideally have already gained experience in commercial customer support. IT competence: You are practiced in dealing with the MS Office tools and the incorporation into new IT programs is easy for you – SAP knowledge is a plus. Human identifier: Communication is in your blood. You work service-oriented, self-responsible and convince by fingertip feeling. Right and Market: You know what is currently happening on the real estate market, ideally with local reference to Stuttgart.
