For our establishment "House Old Love" in Cuxhaven we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in full time or Part-time (at least 35 hours a week). The tasks include the independent care and care of the residents and care processes as well as the documentation and observation of the state of health. You take responsibility for the safety and well-being of the residents and work closely with the team.

• Own-responsibility, promotion and appreciation of residents
• Care in body-related care measures and medically prescribed treatment care
• First contact person for all care
• Control and documentation of care processes
• Guidance and supervision of nurses, trainees and interns
• Promoting teamwork and independent work

We wish:

• Completed training as a nurse (w/m/d) or comparable
• holistic understanding of care, always oriented towards the well-being of the inhabitants
• Self-responsibility and clear decisions, even in emergency situations
• Open, warm communication with residents, relatives and colleagues
• Empathy, commitment and passion for dignified care
