As a quality engineer (m/w/d) in the area of quality management, you actively shape the further development of QM methods and tools - specifically designed to meet the requirements of naval shipbuilding. You play a central role in ensuring efficient and regulatory quality processes. Further development and adaptation of QM methods and tools based on legal requirements, customer requirements and project-specific quality conditions Contact for specialist areas in the introduction, training and application of the methods Individually responsible implementation of improvement projects: initiation, planning, implementation, control and conclusion Participation in quality circles (e.g. Six Sigma, QVP, KAIZEN) and optionally Management of initiatives Implementation of supplier audits on quality assurance and sustainable supplier development

Complete technical studies focusing on quality management or comparable disciplines (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) Multiannual professional experience in quality management - ideally in the maritime or defence-related environment Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Safe handling of common QM methods such as 7Q, 7M, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma as well as statistical evaluation methods and distribution models Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, independent working and team orientation readiness for occasional travel in Germany and abroad
